General Terms and Conditions Feline Life Coach
General
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and agreements between Feline Life Coach (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer", "you") that are concluded via our website, webshop, or other channels. 1.2. By entering into an agreement or payment for a product or service with Feline Life Coach, the customer declares to agree to the conditions below.
Services and Products 2.1. Feline Life Coach offers guidance and consultation regarding cat behavior and operates a webshop for cat related products and services. 2.2. The services and products we offer may vary and are described in detail on our website and webshop. 2.3. All services and products offered by us are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change, cancel or discontinue any service or product without prior notice.
Prices and Payment 3.1. All prices for products and services are clearly stated on our website or upon request. The stated prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. 3.2. Payment for products, services and/or consultations can be made via the payment methods indicated on the website, including but not limited to iDEAL, Paypal, credit card, Klarna, Zip-pay, Google-play. 3.3. Payment must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of payment arrears, Feline Life Coach reserves the right to suspend the performance of the services until payment has been made in full.
Delivery of Products 4.1. The delivery of products ordered via our webshop will take place as soon as possible. The delivery times are indicated on the website and are indicative. 4.2. We are not responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as delays at the delivery service. 4.3. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you of this and offer the customer the opportunity to choose an alternative solution or cancel the order. 4.4. We are not liable for the loss of ordered products during the shipping and delivery process. 4.5. Is the ordered product damaged during delivery? Then take photos of how the order arrived at your home, do not open the package, contact us and the delivery service. If the package is unpacked after receipt, we are no longer liable for damaged or incomplete products. 4.6. We aim for a delivery time of 2-3 days. However, as we are a small company and our stock is limited, our delivery time can be up to 14 days depending on wholesale deliveries.
Cancellation and Refunds 5.1. In case of cancellation of an appointment for a consultation, the customer must indicate this at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not done, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the consultation. 5.2. No money back for purchase of packages behavior, from the moment that an advice plan or video consultation has taken place or has been received. 5.3. Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are undamaged and in the original packaging. Return shipments are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. 5.4. In case of returning a product, the customer will receive the full purchase price back, minus the costs for the return shipment.
Service to chip your animal 6.1. Feline Life Coach reserves the right, if the animal that she will chip does not allow itself to be chipped due to abnormal behavior or medical conditions, to charge the call-out costs and to contact the owner to advise him to first provide the animal with a sedative or visit the vet before we try to chip the animal again. 6.2. Cancellation of an appointment must be done at least 24 hours in advance. If this does not happen, a cancellation fee of €17.50 will be charged. 6.3. Feline Life Coach chips your animal with a prepaid chip. The owner is responsible for registering the chip of their pet. 6.4. Chipping a pet is not entirely without risk. It is possible that when the chip is inserted, the animal moves in such a way that the needle touches a nerve and the animal becomes paralyzed. Feline Life Coach is not liable for this. The owner is responsible for assessing the possibility of chipping his pet.
6.5. If Feline Life Coach has independently placed the chip in an incorrect location, resulting in medical consequences, and a veterinarian determines that this is actually due to the placement of the chip, Feline Life Coach will bear full responsibility and will communicate with the owner and veterinarian about compensation for this.
Intellectual Property Rights 7.1. All content, images, texts, logos, brands and other materials on the Feline Life Coach website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. 7.2. Customers may only use the content on the website for personal use and may not copy, distribute or otherwise use it for commercial purposes without permission.
Privacy and Data Processing 8.1. Feline Life Coach processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information about how we process your data, please refer to our Privacy Statement. 8.2. By using our services and products, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Statement.
Liability 9.1. Feline Life Coach is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our services, products, or website, unless there is intent or gross negligence. 9.2. In the case of product liability, our liability is limited to the value of the product or service in question. 9.3. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the products or failure to follow advice given by us.
Applicable Law and Disputes 10.1. All agreements and services of Feline Life Coach are subject to Dutch law. 10.2. Disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, in West Friesland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
