How it works

The Felaqua Connect links to your Sure Petcare app via the Hub. Connect the Sure Petcare Hub to your home router and connect up to 10 Sure Petcare products. For example, the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect or the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect.

FREE ADMISSION

Felaqua Connect can be used by any pet. The integrated microchip reader recognises individual pets to record their water intake.

DOWNLOAD THE SURE PETCARE APP

Download the app, pair the Hub and Felaqua Connect and follow the instructions in the app. If you already have a Sure Petcare-Connect product, simply add it to an existing household.

PROGRAM THE MICROCHIP

Once you download the app, you will be guided through a step-by-step installation to program and store your cat's microchip.

A DRINKING CAT

Cats like to drink undisturbed. Therefore, place the Felaqua Connect in a quiet place.

CAT FRIENDLY DESIGN

Your cat will choose the Felaqua Connect to drink from. The water in the wide, shallow bowl is more visible and attractive to the cat.

MONITOR YOUR CAT'S DRINKING BEHAVIOR

The Sure Petcare app shows how often, when and how much your cat drinks from the Felaqua Connect. All Sure Petcare Connect products work with the same app. So you have all the data in one place.

FRESH WATER

The bowl is automatically refilled from the reservoir as your cat drinks. No circulating water, just clean, fresh water. You will be notified when the water needs to be changed.

NO CABLES NEEDED

Battery operated, no cables or noisy pumps with expensive filters. Felaqua Connect makes it easy for you.

Why is your cat's drinking behavior important?

Veterinarians agree that a change in drinking behavior is a good indicator of health in older cats*, but many cat owners don't know how much their cat is drinking.

Many adult cats develop drinking-related conditions later in life, such as chronic kidney disease and urinary problems. Therefore, it is good to know how much your cat drinks.
